Mysterious Temple of Heaven

The Temple of Heaven is the largest existing temple building in China, and it is the place where feudal emperors worship heaven. It was designed and built in the fourth year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (1406), which lasted for 14 years and was completed in Yongle 18 years (1420).

The author shows the splendor of the Temple of Heaven with meticulous brushwork and depicts the vigorous Cooper with freehand brushwork. Although the main body of the painting, the Hall of Prayer for the New Year, occupies a small picture, it is in the middle of the line of sight with strong colors, showing its mysterious side against the background of ancient trees.

In the painter's pen, the solemn white marble fence, progressive steps and unfathomable scenes in the hall attract people who are eager to explore its connotation.
