Zhao Bin, the general manager of the club, has submitted relevant materials about the registration of Xinxing Football Club to Gansu Football Association and filled in the application form.

Zhao Bin said that the coaching staff of Xinxing Football Club consists of Gansu coaches Meng Zutai, Zheng Shude, Wei Liu and Luo Qing, and the head coach is in charge. The club is making all preparations for participating in the second national football league next year.
