Former principal: Gao Bin, deputy director, deputy director, director, vice president and director of the Education Department of Hanting District Education Bureau. He is now the principal of the first middle school in Hanting District and concurrently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee.

Since teaching, the principal has been awarded the honorary titles of "100 Excellent Young Gardeners", "Top Ten Excellent Young Workers", "Enriching the People and Revitalizing Health", a lifelong Chinese teaching expert in Weifang Senior Middle School, a special-grade teacher in Shandong Province, a national excellent teacher and the fifth national excellent president of China Education Association. He has written more than 1 10,000 words of teaching and research papers, published more than 1 10,000 articles in national newspapers and periodicals, and won many awards at or above the provincial level. Among them, "On Illustration Teaching in Chinese Textbooks" won the second prize in the "China Shengtao Cup" paper contest, and "Several Methods of Strengthening Composition Training in Senior Three" won the second prize. Editor-in-chief or co-editor of some books, such as Examples of Common Words in Ancient Chinese, Synchronous Training of Chinese Teaching and Learning, Brief Analysis of Chinese Knowledge, Basic Knowledge of Chinese in Senior High School, Explaining Chinese Characters, etc.

President Gao Bin is currently an adjunct professor at Qufu Normal University, a member of the Chinese Teaching Professional Committee of the Chinese Education Society, a researcher and director of the Classroom Teaching Research Center of the Chinese Language Society, a member of the National Young Teachers Association, and a special editor of Chinese Weekly and other publications.
