Liu Xin Beijinger. 1993 graduated from Beijing Jinsong Vocational High School. Have a B-level jury certificate certified by the World Chefs Federation. He used to be the deputy head chef of Anfa Restaurant in the former Raffles Beijing Hotel (now renamed as "Beijing Jin Nuo Hotel"), the deputy head chef of Ro Hotel in Marco Polo Beijing, the executive head chef of Beijing Yincheng 1949, and the executive head chef of Beijing Yiheng Hotel.

He has won the Gold Award at the Italian Verona Food Festival, the Silver Award at the 3rd FHC Beijing Food Art Competition, the Best Traditional Snacks and the Best Creative Snacks in the 201Spain Food and Wine Tour, the Best Cooking Award at the 20 14 Beijing International Invitational Tournament, the Best Mutton Special Award at the 20 14 and the International Food and Beverage Cultural Exchange Award.
