During the Sixteen Kingdoms Period-the only pioneer in the former Qin Dynasty-Fu Jian.
The battle of Feishui reminds everyone of the embarrassing appearance of Fu Jian, the former Qin emperor.

However, Fu Jian was neglected, which resulted in the only situation in which the sixteen countries managed the world during the melee. "Guanlong smoke, the people are rich and the country is strong", which unified the whole north and brought short-lived glory to the former Qin regime ...

Miraculous birth legend

Fu Jian, whose real name is Gu Yong, is his grandson, son of Fu Xiong and nephew of Fu Jian, the former founding emperor of Qin Dynasty.

Like emperors of past dynasties, Fu Jian's birth is full of mystery in Historical Records.

His mother Gou used to play by the Zhanghe River. When she met Ximen Bao Temple, she went in to beg for a child. That night, she dreamed of making friends with God and was pregnant with a blessing sword.

Gou Jian was pregnant 12 months and gave birth to Fu Jian. A divine light fell from the sky and shone on Fu Jian's back, reflecting a few mysterious words: Cao Fu is a courtier and the land king is a fairy sun.

Cao and Fu can spell "Fu", and Chen, You and Tu can spell "Sword", which means: Xianyang, the king of Fu Jian.

Like Liu Bei, Fu Jian, with his knees bent and his eyes purple, was loved by Fu Hong. At the age of seven, he showed a clever, keen and lovely personality.

Fu Hong praised his grandson: "This son has a good appearance and extraordinary temperament, which is very similar."

Xu Tong, who is good at recognizing people's faces, praised Fu Jian: "This son is a bully."

Fujian established the pre-Qin regime in Chang 'an, and once dreamed that a god sent an envoy down to order him to worship Fu Jian as General Long Xiang, and the next day he worshipped an altar and restored the life of the god.

Legends of miraculous emperors recorded in historical books inevitably contain exaggerated elements. However, Fu Jian, who is "filial, knowledgeable and versatile", has great ambition to achieve the world economically.

A stable situation in troubled times

After Fu Jian's death, Quesheng succeeded to the throne, and Fu Jian overthrew Quesheng's rule with a palace coup.

In 357 AD, Fu Jian came to power, thinking that his achievements were not enough to claim the title of emperor, so he was demoted to the next level and was only called "the king of Daqin".

During the Sixteen Kingdoms period, there were years of melee in the north, people were poor, and the problem of ethnic hatred continued.

After Fu Jian ascended the throne, he made great efforts to govern the country, which brought the people in the north a brief peace in troubled times.

Fu Jian worships Chinese culture, and does not take high or low as the standard. He uses Wang Meng, a poor Han Chinese, to rectify official management, severely punish corrupt officials and local strongmen, and Yi relatives and friends violate the law and discipline.

Fu Jian's younger brother, Tesqiangde, bullies men and women and runs amok. He was beheaded by Wang Meng and found dead in the street. He teamed up with Yushi and killed more than 20 dignitaries who disturbed the government. All the officials inside and outside Beijing were shocked, all the powerful people were honest and upright, and the social bureaucrats were clear for a while.

Wang Meng's behavior was opposed by many Di Haoqiang, but behind it was Fu Jian's full support.

At the same time, Fu Jian rectified the bureaucracy and vigorously resumed social production. When there was a drought in the world, Fu Jian took the lead in advocating frugality.

In order to solve the situation of little rain and drought in Guanzhong, Fu Jian recruited 30,000 mighty servants to build water conservancy projects and dredge ditches. Food has grown out of the wasteland for many years, and the people have benefited a lot.

In order to persuade farmers to plant mulberry, Fu Jian set an example by planting mulberry himself and sent his wife to the suburbs to raise silkworms, encouraging farmers to actively engage in agricultural production and silk weaving.

Fu Jian regards the development of agriculture as a basic national policy, saving the corvee and pension for the widowed. The social production in the north, which has been in war for years, quickly recovered during the reign of Fu Jian, and the people sang:

"Chang 'an Avenue, poplar tree. Walking down Zhu Lun, there is a phoenix perch on the top. Yan Ying collected and taught me to sprout. "

Unify the north

After more than ten years of rest and recuperation, the national strength of the former Qin Dynasty grew rapidly.

In 369 AD, Fu Jian sent Wang Meng, Liang Cheng and others to attack Luoyang under the Yan Qian regime. In the second year, he sent Wang Meng to lead the army, defeated Yan Qian's 300,000 troops and entered Yecheng, the capital of Yan Qian.

Fu Jian went to the front to bid, captured Yecheng and formally annexed Yan Qian.

After the annexation of Yan Qian, Fu Jian invaded the West and destroyed Qiu Chi, forcing the former cool monarch to claim to be a vassal, while the Tuyuhun monarch claimed to pay tribute and did his best to attack and destroy Xianbei in Longxi.

After the completion of the Western Expedition, the former Qin army moved nonstop to Bashu, captured Yizhou and Liangzhou, and put down the local rebellion.

The political power of Yan Qian, Qianqiuchi and Liang Qian perished in the hands of the former Qin army. The northern separatist regime was just a surrogate country established by Tuoba's family in the north. Fu Jian sent three hundred thousand troops to attack Daiguo, destroy it and annex it.

At this point, the former Qin army successfully unified the whole northern and western Sichuan in Chengdu, leaving only the Eastern Jin regime that was partial to Annan.

In 375 AD, Wang Meng died. Before he died, he warned Fu Jian not to attack the Eastern Jin easily, but to solve the contradictions and threats of many ethnic minorities in the former Qin Dynasty. However, the great cause of reunification is too tempting for Fu Jian.

In 382 AD, Fu Jian summoned his ministers and said, "I have made four plans for 20 years, but the southeast corner has not been crowned king."

Fu Jian showed his ministers the idea of unifying the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and he wanted to recruit soldiers from all over the world, saying that the former Qin army had 970,000 people!

Most ministers talked about dissuasion, but Fu Jian was in high spirits and wanted to unify the whole country: "Take my brigade and whip it into the river, which is enough to stop its flow."

The following year, Fu Jian led a million-strong army and began to conquer the Eastern Jin Dynasty in the south. He doesn't want to skate, but he always hates it. ...
