More than 60 research articles have been published abroad.
Previous research areas:
Mainly concentrated in transition metal composite oxide films (WO3, V2O5, ITO, ZrO2, SnO2, TiO2, ZnO, Al2O3, a-Si, SiOx, etc.) and various organic {metal phthalocyanine, natural hematoporphyrin (H P), protoporphyrin (P P) and its derivatives}}, inorganic/polymer functional film materials and their nanostructure materials. Engaged in electrochromic devices, solar cells, polymer electroluminescent thin film materials and devices. The functional film materials such as wear resistance, anti-reflection, self-cleaning, fingerprint-free, heat resistance, chemical resistance, appearance decoration and their applications in mobile phones are studied. Various functional photoelectric thin film materials and devices are grown by advanced thin film preparation technologies, such as sputtering, PECVD system, chemical bath method and PVD system. With the help of AFM, XRD, SEM, TEM, UV-Vis spectrum, IR, Raman, nano-indentation instrument, fluorescence spectrum and other tools, the physical and chemical properties, luminescent properties and various characteristics of low-dimensional nano-structured photoelectric thin film materials were explored.
Current research areas:
1, Advanced Nanometer Photoelectric Thin Film Materials, Technologies and Devices
2. Artificial assembly and spectroscopy of inorganic, organic and biological thin film materials, photonic structural materials and devices.
3. Fundamentals and applications in the fields of laser spectroscopy and time-resolved spectroscopy.
