Dr. Li Tao has nearly 30 years of experience in IC design and development in foreign universities and well-known enterprises, especially in many chip companies, and has accumulated international advanced experience for the establishment of our laboratory. Professor Li Tao obtained a master's degree in computing from China Academy of Sciences, studied in the United States from 65438 to 0980, and obtained a doctorate in computer science from the University of Utah. He has worked in many foreign universities, including visiting professor of computer science at the University of California, Santa Cruz, assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Brigham Young University, senior lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Monash University in Australia, associate professor in the Department of Computer Science at Concordia University in Canada, and professor in the Department of Computer Science at APU University in the United States, and has accumulated rich teaching and research experience. He also has rich experience in computer and integrated circuit industry, including senior consultant and researcher of American Racal Data Group, researcher of data network system research department of Lucent Bell Laboratories, chief engineer of American Riverdelta Networks, chief engineer of American Motorola Broadband Department, chief engineer of American Stexar, etc.
