It's best to communicate with the HR of the original company. What should I say if the tone is reversed? If the relationship is not good and HR gives you a black mark, then you have no reason to say it.
4. How about social security during the lockout in naked resignation?
Naked resignation, on your behalf, social insurance will stop paying. What if I haven't finished my work for two or three months?
Talk to the personnel department before you finish the handover of your last job. You can't cut off your social security unless you transfer it out. The social security fee is deducted from your unpaid salary.
It doesn't matter if you say social security is broken.

It doesn't matter if the pension insurance is broken. Medical insurance has not been paid for 20/25 years, and your breaking off means that you no longer enjoy medical insurance benefits.

Unemployment insurance: you are unemployed, registered as unemployed, and have job requirements before you have unemployment insurance. You don't want to be unemployed. The most important thing is that you can get it after paying for one year.
What is the most important point? You young couple want to buy a house, but some cities have rigid requirements. Social security needs to be paid for five years in a row, and the insurance cannot be broken during this period, otherwise you have no right to buy a house.
