Luo Yonghao, male, born in February 1962, is a professor and doctoral supervisor. 1982 received a bachelor's degree from Harbin Institute of Technology. 1997 received a doctorate from Shanghai Jiaotong University. From 1999 to 2002, he visited the University of Stuttgart in Germany and the Joint Institute of Global Change of the US Department of Energy.
