Where is Qi State now? Kangxi never used it in his life, but now it's just the opposite.
Emperor Kangxi was a legendary emperor of the Qing Dynasty. He took over the throne from his father Shunzhi at the age of eight. Ao Bai, an intellectual aged 15, captured him alive, regained power and began to expand his territory. During his reign, the internal separatist princes calmed the civil strife, cracked down on Russia's stability and border troubles, wiped out the Ming and Zheng regimes, and won Taiwan Province Province. Kangxi reigned for more than 60 years and was the longest-serving emperor in the Qing Dynasty. Some scholars call him "the first emperor through the ages". Kangxi ruled the Qing Dynasty for so long, largely because he was good at employing people.

So what is Kangxi's employment strategy? Kangxi has three uses!

First, he doesn't need arrogant people, because Kangxi thinks that arrogant people are hard to control once they get on the job. Kangxi's desire to control power was very strong, which was also the shadow left by Ao Bai at that time. For example, Yao Qisheng, if it weren't for this person, it would be difficult for Kangxi to deal with Taiwan Province provinces, but Yao Qisheng is a very arrogant person. For this kind of person, Kangxi must use it first and lose it first! So, when Kangxi forced Yao Qisheng to go to prison for three months. Wait until the other side is not arrogant, and then let it out as a government official.

Second, a useless person doesn't need it. Relatively speaking, the so-called uselessness means that the work has been done, which is what we usually call the tragic ending of "a sly rabbit dies and a running dog cooks". It seems heartless, which is also the wisdom of Kangxi. Yao Qisheng, for example, made numerous exploits for the Qing Dynasty, but was finally mercilessly abandoned by Kangxi and became a laid-off worker.

Zhou Peigong, who helped Kangxi to pacify the San Francisco Rebellion, made great contributions, but was eventually sent to the frontier and died in office. If it weren't for the frontier rebellion, Zhou Peigong might have been left idle at home and died of old age! I'm afraid Kangxi is armed to the teeth, and something like the San Francisco rebellion will happen again.

Third, there is no wrong person, he doesn't have to. People who look at Kangxi find a very interesting phenomenon. Most of the people he used made big mistakes, such as Nalan Mingzhu, who used Kangxi's trust to form a party for personal gain and even corruption, and finally gained power! Kangxi's way of employing people, small mistakes can be tolerated, and big mistakes such as rebellion cannot be tolerated.

At present, in many employers, the first thing to look at is a person's education, so many college students who have no work experience, poor hands-on ability and have not lost their pride can be hired as long as they have a good resume. What's more, those who made a big mistake, even if you are very talented now, if you have been in prison, the chances of turning over in the next life are slim.
