Gao, a native of Heilongjiang, 1966. National first-class artist. Director of China Calligraphers' Association, director of Xiling Printing Society, vice chairman of Calligraphers' Association of central state organs, and secretary-general of seal script professional committee of China Calligraphy Association. Tutor of Gao Calligraphy Studio in Calligraphy and Painting Base of Ministry of Culture. Graduated from Shen Peng Calligraphy Elite Class of National Academy of Painting. China Calligraphy Association Training Center, Art College of China Renmin University, Art Media College of Beijing Normal University, adjunct professor of Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts, researcher of China Ancient Calligraphy Creation Research Center of China Academy of Fine Arts. He used to be the executive editor of China Calligraphy Newsletter, vice president of China Calligraphy Magazine, vice chairman and secretary general of Heilongjiang Calligraphy Association, president of Calligraphy Appreciation Association, member of CPPCC of Heilongjiang Province, and member of the Standing Committee of Heilongjiang Youth Federation. He is currently the deputy director of the Calligraphy Art Center of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

He won many awards in the national calligraphy and seal cutting exhibition and was hired as a judge of the national calligraphy exhibition for many times. 1993 won the highest prize in the first national calligraphy exhibition; 1995 held a personal calligraphy exhibition in Heilongjiang Art Museum; 1998 won the first Lanting Award for Excellence of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; 20 1 1 The first exhibition of teachers and students' works of Gao Calligraphy Studio was held in Beijing. 20 12 was selected for the annual exhibition of China Calligraphy magazine and the nomination exhibition of 60 young and middle-aged calligraphers; 20 13 was selected for the first China calligraphy "three projects" exhibition; 20 13 was selected as the calligraphy exhibition of "Writing Age" of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; 20 14 was selected for the calligraphy exhibition "Momo, China". 20 14 Calligraphy Exhibition of Gao Xin Works was held in Beijing.

He is the author of Gao Calligraphy Seal Carving Collection, Contemporary Calligraphy Grand Ceremony, Three-Character Classic of Gao Seal Carving, Preface to Lan Ting of Gao Seal Carving, Selected Works of Gao Seal Carving, Nine Contemporary Seal Carvings, New Works of Gao Seal Carving Collection, New Works of Gao Seal Carving Collection and New Works of Zhuang Jingriqiang Seal Carving Collection. He has been invited to visit German, Iranian, Japanese, Korean, Taiwan Province, Hongkong and Macau. His works have been collected by Zhongnanhai, Palace Museum, China Art Museum, Great Hall of the People, the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), Xi 'an Beilin Museum and China Indian Studies Museum.
