1989 returned to Liangshan to establish a martial arts school and spread Liangshan martial arts. 199 1, "Liangshan Ziwumen Kung Fu Research Association" was established and began to study martial arts theory. 1994 wrote the book Liangshan Kung Fu, and 1999 wrote the book Inner Massage Intelligent Textbook, which was well received by readers. 1995 founded "Liangshan Kung Fu Research" and served as the head coach of the institute, training more than 2,000 Wushu talents for the country and more than 40 Wushu coaches for Russia, Bulgaria, France, Southeast Asia and other countries.

1997 was named "Top Ten Martial Arts Coaches in China", and participated in the National Wulin Elite "Tianlong Cup" invitational tournament in August, winning the first place in boxing. From May 38 to 10 in the same year, Qilu Audio-Visual Publishing House produced the teaching film "China Liangshan Kung Fu".

1September, 1998, the teaching film "China Liangshan Kung Fu" won the third prize of scientific research achievements.

1998 10 is listed as one of the twelve martial arts masters who defeated foreign heroes with traditional martial arts in the fifteen years since Kangxi. In the same year, he was hired as a technical consultant by Shaolin and Taiji. 1999 was elected as a member of CPPCC for the second time in the sixth session.

In 2000, he was elected as the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference at the Third Session of the Sixth Session.

In May 2000, he participated in Qilu Cup National Xingyiquan Baguazhang Elite Invitational Tournament and won the first prize.

In September of the same year, VCD discs of Meridian Bagua Palm and Zhi Shen Quan were published in Yellow River Audio-visual Publishing House.

In 200 1 year, he was hired as the chairman of the conference by the organizing Committee of the National Wumen, Shaolin and Folk Wushu Competition. In July of the same year, he wrote the book "The Secret Skill of the Meridian Gate".

200 1 February was awarded the honorary doctor.

In June, 2002, he was awarded "meritorious player" by CPPCC, and "advanced individual" by the superior sports commission in February.

In April, 2002, the CD "The Secret Skill of the Meridian Gate" filmed by the Chairman was published by Beijing Sport University Press.

In June 2003, President Song was elected as a member of Jining.

In March 2003, the headmaster was rated as an advanced worker in running schools by social forces.

From June, 5438 to February, 2003, The Secret Biography of Wumen won the second prize of the 13th Excellent Achievements in Social Sciences in Jining City.

From June 5th to February, 2003, Song was an advanced individual in Jining City, China Democratic League.

In April 2004, Song was rated as an advanced worker by Liangshan County People's Government.

In September 2006, Song was named as an advanced individual in the fourth five-year plan of the city.
