Conscripts and noncommissioned officers who have served in active service for less than 12 years were staff or workers of organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions before enlisting, and retained personnel relations or labor relations during their service; After retiring from active service, you can choose to resume work. During their active service, conscripts and noncommissioned officers shall retain the right to contracted management of rural land obtained according to law before joining the army.
