1. Get to know the company.
During the 15-day internship, I visited the whole company two days ago under the leadership of relevant personnel, and got a preliminary understanding of the company's production and operation through their introduction. At the same time, through the observation and study in the production workshop, I have a preliminary grasp of its production technology, and sometimes I can do some simple operations. The employees of the company are very enthusiastic and kindly explain to me when I have doubts, which makes me learn a lot.

After having a certain understanding of the company's production, I personally devoted myself to the production in the next three days. But because I don't know the professional knowledge of medical devices yet, I can only do some simple and low-tech work. At first, I helped to do some inspection work, which required a lot of care and patience. I was not used to it at first, and I often didn't last long. I feel bored by checking one thing for a long time, but gradually, I feel ashamed to see that some other employees have been working meticulously, and then I slowly put myself into my work. After two days of inspection, I also practiced product packaging for one day. Because the company produces medical devices, the hygiene requirements are very high, and everything needs to be disinfected to ensure absolute dust-free. I was a little nervous when I put on my work clothes and brought gloves and masks into the workshop to help pack. However, with the help of other employees, I successfully completed the product packaging work for one day. I learned a lot during the three-day workshop practice.
3. Work of Marketing Department
In the next 10 day, I worked in the marketing department of the company and became an intern salesman in the marketing department of the company. The work in the marketing department seems easy, but it is actually more difficult than working in the production room. In addition, I lack knowledge of marketing, so the task assigned to me by the company is mainly liaison work. Of course, it is not easy to do these jobs well. I remember I had some trouble sorting out computer data. For example, some materials need to be revised, but they need to be re-entered in the computer. When doing manual work in the workshop, when taking charge of foreign trade orders, and when doing wiring work, employees of the company always smile when they are tired and always face them positively and enthusiastically.
