In order to implement the requirements of the joint prevention and control mechanism of epidemic situation in novel coronavirus, the State Council on strengthening scientific prevention and control of epidemic situation in an orderly manner and doing a good job in the work of enterprises' resumption of work and production, and the Notice of Jiangxi Provincial People's Government on Strengthening Scientific Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation to Promote Enterprises' Resumption of Work and Production in the Province, the provincial prevention and control emergency headquarters made the following decision:
The first is to ensure that enterprises resume production in an orderly manner.
1. Epidemic prevention and control, energy supply, transportation and logistics, urban and rural operation, production of daily necessities such as medical materials and food, feed production, market circulation and sales, etc. This is very important to the national economy and people's livelihood. 2. Major projects and key projects should be started as soon as possible.

4. Transportation departments at all levels should strictly follow the requirements of the Notice of emergency headquarters Province on Coordinating the Prevention and Control of Off-peak Return Epidemic Situation and Road Transportation Guarantee after the Spring Festival, and do a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation on the way for returning employees.
Third, the management of enterprises and employees who have resumed work and production.
1. Enterprises that resume work and production should earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, and the local government (industrial park management committee) should strictly implement the responsibility of territorial management.
2. Upon arrival, returnees should immediately report to their enterprises and communities, abide by local and enterprise regulations, and register with their health certificates.
3. Managers of residential areas and enterprises should allow returnees to enter and leave normally with valid certificates.
4. Enterprises that return to work and resume production should implement closed management in accordance with the relevant requirements of community prevention and control. The local industrial park management committee or the competent department of industry and information technology must arrange special personnel to assist enterprises to implement community-based closed management, and urge enterprises to strictly implement the provisions of the Measures and Requirements for Enterprise Epidemic Prevention and Control issued by the Jiangxi Provincial Health and Wellness Committee.
