Diary of Helping People in Liancun Lianhu 1
Self-development Connecting villages and households to enrich the people? Since the launch of the activity, the provincial civil air defense office has attached great importance to it from top to bottom, and visited the residents in the village many times to connect and communicate with the helpers. While enhancing their feelings, they also actively plan their development ideas, launch projects, promote industries, formulate reasonable industrial development plans, send materials and help them as much as possible.
On August 28th, the third batch of 15 township cadres arrived in Gong Liu Village, Jiaocun Township, Ning County, Qingyang City by bus. We were received by the village secretary. Under the introduction of the village party secretary, we have a better understanding of Gong Liu Village. There are 12 villagers' groups in the village, with more than 0.3 million people, and the cultivated land area is 394 1 mu. In the early morning of Thursday, August 29th, I was awakened by the chirping of birds outside the window. Rubbing my sleepy eyes, I got up and looked at the bright green among the mountains. The sky is bright and light blue, and the air is particularly fresh. It is a sunny day and I am in a good mood. After a simple breakfast, we set off. Today, our task is to visit the poor households in Gong Liu village and find out the specific reasons and family situation of their poverty.
We were divided into three groups. I visited eight families in this group. The first one is Cui Shuanxiang, male, 65 years old. My heart trembled when we walked into his small yard. The yard is very shabby and things are in a mess. There are three adobe houses. The old man hurriedly let us into the house, and the scene inside was even more unsightly. There is no decent furniture, and shabby clothes are piled up with heatable adobe sleeping platform. Everyone suggested sitting in the yard and chatting, and their eyes moved to the uncle. The old man is skinny and ragged, and the cloth shoes on his feet are covered with thick mud, which makes people feel very uncomfortable. After chatting, I realized that there are four people in their family who grow 10 mu of wheat with an annual income of 7000 to 8000 mu. All their sheep died last year, and their son earned money by working 10 yuan. 72-year-old Chen Zirong suffers from tuberculosis.
There are wives, sons, grandchildren and granddaughters at home, and the son is divorced. He planted 20 acres of wheat, raised 3 cows, and his son worked outside the home, earning an annual income of 30,000 yuan. The other six families are in the same situation. I also know that the water quality here is not good. Many old people have to drink the water here all the year round, which makes their bones seriously loose and deformed and brings them great pain. I was deeply impressed by the understanding of living in the village for seven days. For such a poor and backward village, we should pay attention to it first? Water? Only by solving the draft problem can we solve the development of rural animal husbandry. The second is to make full use of the advantages of local geographical resources and develop animal husbandry with sheep and cattle as the mainstay. Third, we should make a fuss about the export of labor services, develop the part-time employment economy, and guide the masses to export labor services in a planned and step-by-step manner, which can steadily increase farmers' income and accelerate the pace of farmers getting rid of poverty and becoming rich. Fourth, vigorously develop the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines and accelerate the transformation of planting industry. Only by making the people get benefits, let them feel, see and touch the benefits personally, is this the urgent expectation of the people, and it is also an important content for us to achieve practical results in contacting villages to households. We are all in contact with poor villages, and the problem of developing and increasing income cannot be solved in a short time. We need to go to the countryside more often, live in the village for a long time, and solve problems with our feelings, so as to do good things and facts well.
Diary of Helping People in Liancun Lianhu II
From August 28th to September 3rd, 15 people, as the third batch of members of provincial civil air defense activities, went to Gong Liu Village, Jiaocun Township, Ning County, Qingyang City to carry out activities. We went into villages and households, went deep into the fields of farmers' homes, and learned about the production and living conditions of villagers. In just a few days, I have a certain understanding of the specific situation of our Shuanglian Village.
On August 29th, five of us (Tan Kefeng, Chen Hongzhe, Wu Yifeng, Zhou and I), led by Captain Tan, visited nine poor households, including Tan Xiushan (contact Shi Jian), Pan Shourong (contact Li), Tan Jiarui (contact Shi Jian), Tan (contact Zhou Xinmin) and Hao Xiaowen (contact Xiangyang). On August 3 1 day, led by, our group of four people (Chen Hongzhe, Qi and I) visited five poor households in the ditch, including (contact person), Zhou, (contact team leader Ma), Zhou Wenyi (contact person Kong Wei) and Zhou Cangzhi who I contacted myself.
After the introduction of the secretary and the team leader, face-to-face conversation with the villagers and detailed inquiries, the villagers generally praised the road built by the office, saying that it helped them do a real good thing, solved the big problem that it was difficult for them to walk, especially in rainy days, and laid the foundation for them to get rid of poverty and become rich. At the same time, I learned that the local villages also belong to left-behind villages, and most young people have gone to work in other places. At home, it is basically the old people who take care of their grandchildren. The old people try their best to do farm work, and the grandchildren either go to school or stay at home. Cereal crops are generally planted with wheat, corn, potatoes and soybeans. Cash crops are generally planted with cattle seeds (Chinese medicine), sugar beet, rape, etc. Some also plant some fruit trees. Because the economic benefits of food crops are not high, most people plant cattle seeds, rape and so on. A villager calculated an account for us. Planting an acre of wheat can normally yield 400 kilograms, and each kilogram 1.20 yuan can earn 480.00 yuan, and the input cost is about 350.00 yuan. In other words, the net income per mu of wheat is about 130.00 yuan, so no one wants to diversify. Cattle seeds vary greatly, and the normal income per mu is close to 2000.00 yuan, which has certain popularity. Breeding is mainly about raising sheep. Raising sheep costs a lot, but the benefits are also considerable. The income of each sheep is about 1000.00 yuan, but there are certain requirements for technology. Sheep who don't know technology are prone to get sick, and there is no local veterinarian. Once you get sick and die, the loss will be great, so raising sheep is risky. Some villagers want to raise them but are afraid to raise them. Generally speaking, the family conditions of workers in Gong Liu village are better than those of non-workers, and those of Yuan Shang residents are better than those living in ditches.
My contact lives in a ditch. The man's name is Zhou Cang Zhi, and his wife's name is Wang Shuhui, aged 59. At the age of 54, two daughters got married, and one son married Xifeng. He and his wife are the only two people in the family. A few years ago, he also worked in other places and earned a certain income. This year, he had to stay at home because of leg pain. There is land 10 mu, mainly including wheat, corn, soybeans, sugar beets and tobacco leaves. The annual income is about 6000.00 yuan. Three sheep have just been raised this year, and the benefits have not yet been seen; There is an agricultural tricycle and three motorcycles at home; During the conversation, I learned that I wanted to raise more sheep, but I didn't know the technology and my legs hurt, so I gave up the idea and proposed to Liu Shuji that Zhou Cang could get a rural pension when he was 60 next year. There are several families similar to his. Because my family or I was sick and couldn't go out to work, my family income plummeted, which caused trouble to Murakami and his contacts. Such poor households need organizations to find ways to help, which cannot be solved by individual strength alone.
In the process of household survey, an old man's planting method has aroused our great concern. The old man's name is Tan Xiurong and he is 74 years old. There are six people in his family. His son and daughter-in-law went out to work, and the old couple took two grandchildren at home. The eldest grandson goes to school and the younger grandson is at home. Old people cultivate short walnut saplings by themselves, which are much shorter than ordinary walnut trees when they grow up. They can bear fruit after three years of planting, which is 2? In three years, the market price of a tree seedling was around 20 yuan, and the old man interplanted it with Vaccaria seed at an interval of 6 meters, which did not affect each other, so that a piece of land had two harvests, the labor intensity was not too great, and the expected income was not bad. For families lacking labor and skills, this planting method is a good choice.
Diary of helping others in Liancun Lianhu Lake III
20xx Weather on August 29th: It's sunny today. This is the first day that we came to Gong Liu Village, Jiaocun Township, Ning County to help. According to the division of labor and arrangement, four of us visited nine families under the leadership of the village director.
Every time we go to a household, we should know their basic situation in detail, such as the composition of family members, cultivated land, the number of agricultural machinery, the main source of income and expenditure of the family, aquaculture and so on. Gong Liu Village is located in the mountainous area, with relatively little arable land per capita. Due to the influence and restriction of geographical location and natural conditions, people's lives are more difficult. Most people only have the elderly and children to stay at home, the income-increasing projects are weak, the industrial structure is single, and the traditional grain economy is dominant, so it is difficult for farmers to increase their income continuously and steadily.
Three villagers lived in a dilapidated cave on Monday. His wife is mentally retarded and can only do simple housework at ordinary times. His 1 1 year-old daughter is at school, and he is the only one who is the main labor force in the family. He works at home during busy farming hours and does odd jobs when he is free. His family income basically comes from planting income of several thousand yuan on 4 mu of land. Due to the heavy support burden, he often makes ends meet.
After leaving Zhou's home, we came to our home again. A family of three lives in several caves that are in disrepair. Both old people are nearly 80 years old. Their son divorced two years ago and worked outside all the year round. The income of seven acres of land every year, excluding the normal expenses of the family and the medical care of the elderly, is pitiful and barely able to maintain a living.
I visited Zhou Wenyi and other families, and the situation was basically the same. Most of them are just old people and children at home, making a living by farming. Through a day's visit, I deeply felt the urgent need for poor villages and poor households to speed up their development, and more deeply realized the development of the provincial party Committee? Connecting villages and households to enrich the people? The great significance of action, as cadres of joint villages and households, we still need to make more efforts. 20xx August 3 1 Weather: It's sunny today. I got up early, had a simple breakfast, and rushed to contact others. I contacted Zhu from the village. Through the visit, I have a general understanding of their family: there are three people in their family, living in three brick-concrete houses, with simple and applicable furniture and basic production equipment, and their daily life is not bad. Couple and a child, the child is in college. The man is 48 years old. He goes to other cities and counties to work in the off-season every year. He works for about 8 months every year and earns about 20,000 yuan. The hostess raised 5 or 6 sheep while planting 8 mu of corn and wheat at home.
The situation of Zhujia is not particularly poor, but compared with the families with better conditions in the village, the income of nearly 30 thousand yuan a year is still a little meager. Children are going to college, and huge tuition fees are an important aspect of family expenses. When it comes to children's schooling, he said: You have to give up your children even if you sell iron in the pot? . When asked about their future plans, the couple said in unison that in recent years, national policies have been getting better and better, and farmers' lives are also changing. Although my family's living conditions are poor now, we believe that with your help and our efforts, our future life will be better and better with our joint efforts. After listening to their words, I am also full of confidence in doing a good job in helping.
