Horse racing, also known as Zoumachang, 198 1 was renamed as Horse Racing Township. 199 1 Withdraw and merge villages to form a racing town. Located in the northwest border of Wusheng County, it is adjacent to Nanchong in the north, Suining in the west and Hechuan in Chongqing in the south, bordering Shengli, Gaoshi, Bayi, Liemian, Liqun and Nongxing in Pengxi County. The original provincial highway 304 runs through the town, with convenient transportation, active business and prosperous town. Since ancient times, it has been the traffic artery and economic active area of Vu Thang. The town covers an area of 44 square kilometers, about 45 kilometers away from the county seat, and has jurisdiction over 24 administrative villages, 256 groups and 1 neighborhood committee, with a total population of 38,054, including nearly 10,000 urban residents. The town's cultivated land area is 1.303 hectares, which belongs to the landform of low hills and middle valleys, and the terrain is high in the south and low in the north. A small river flows into the territory from Gaoshi Township, flows through the nine administrative villages under the jurisdiction of the town, and then flows to Bayi Township. The length of the famous Marseille River in this section is about 10 km. Marseille town has outstanding people and wonderful natural scenery. There are many shrines and temples. There are new Guanyin in the east, nuns in the west, stalagmite temple in the north and Dachuanyan in the south. There is a mountain named Baishiyan in the territory, with an altitude of 427 meters, which is the highest in the county. There are two temples approved by the county religious department, namely Luban Temple and Shilin Temple.
