Liu Lihua is currently a member of the Party Committee of Hubei Institute of Science and Technology Information, director of information product supply center and deputy research librarian. On September 20th, 20001year, Hubei Institute of Science and Technology Information was renamed as Hubei Institute of Science and Technology Information with the approval of Hubei Provincial Organization Committee.

8. In October, 2003, Hubei Productivity Promotion Center was established on the basis of Hubei Institute of Science and Technology Information.
