1.On February 8, 2003/kloc-0, Lucheng Procuratorate arrested me for no reason-the procedure was illegal.
2. On February 26th, 2003, from 9: 0010 to 12:00, Lucheng Procuratorate defrauded me, and Cheng Jianyi, former deputy director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Lucheng Procuratorate, fabricated testimony to frame me. The whole interrogation in the interrogation room of Lucheng Procuratorate unveiled its true veil.10; Cheng Jianyi entered the interrogation room around 30. He is like a bitch who scolds the street, and the viciousness of his language is unheard of. I must do as he says. I don't agree. I don't participate in bidding or ordering. 3. On February 22, 2003, Cheng Jianyi of Lucheng Procuratorate tortured witness Zhou Dao and asked him to sign. On February 19, 2003, the whole interrogation in the special courtroom of the Procuratorate of Yueqing Detention Center was recorded and recorded, which further revealed the fact of extorting confessions by torture. It is an irrefutable evidence that you know the law and break the law!

On April 2, 2004, from 9: 00/kloc-0 to 9:30 in the interrogation room of Lucheng Procuratorate, the audio and video of the whole interrogation once again exposed Cheng Jianyi's principle of not taking notes, hindered the fairness and justice of the judiciary, and fabricated testimony to frame me again. Even the prosecutor said anonymously that he was Zhang Cunfang. The case was forcibly sent to Lucheng detention center from 10:00 to1:40 and 9:40, and there was no trial again. The fingerprints in the testimony are true, and the court is requested to investigate the authenticity of the video and testimony. Where are the prosecutorial rules and national laws? What is the crime of forging testimony?
5. The audio and video recording of interrogation in the special courtroom of the Procuratorate of Lucheng Detention Center from April 7 to June 12, 2004 further revealed Cheng Jianyi's true colors of disregarding human life, trampling on the Constitution, violating procuratorial rules, undermining criminal law, obstructing the principle of judicial justice and fairness, and disturbing social order. Whether the national emblem can be carried on a tyrant like Cheng Jianyi.
