2. Yang Yuhuan

One day, Tang and Yang Guifei were drinking and singing. Both of them were drunk, and Yang Guifei shouted in confusion, "I want to fly to heaven!" " "Tang Huangming heard wrong, thinking that the imperial concubine wanted to eat" flying ",she immediately ordered the chef to do it. Chefs are thinking hard, and one chef said that the eagle flies high, which is probably "flying to the sky"! Hearing this, everyone quickly made two braised eagles. I tasted it and found that the eagle meat was sour! So the chefs began to think again.

Among the chefs, there is a famous Suzhou chef named "Su Shoutou". He thinks chicken's muscle is the most tender and tender, and it must be delicious to fly to the sky with it. So he found a few chickens, cut off their wings, stewed them with mushrooms, mussels, bamboo shoots and green peppers, and made them fly to the sky. After tasting, Guifei and Tang Dou were full of praise, and Guifei was given the name "Guifei Chicken".

Later, the chef in Suzhou resigned and returned to his hometown, so he brought this dish to Suzhou and became a famous dish in Suzhou.

3. Yang Ye

In 986, Song Taizong, a famous soldier in the Northern Song Dynasty, decided to explore the northern Liao country. Pan Mei and Yang Ye were the leaders of the marking army. On the way, due to Cao Bin's defeat in Qigou Pass, Tian Chongjin's defeat and Pan Mei's slight defeat, the superior forces of Liao Army faced a decisive battle with them. 4. Yang Wanli
