Do you know the knowledge that the first aid method of heart disease can save people?
1 Symptoms of angina pectoris: tingling, pressure, epigastric pain in the chest area, paroxysmal 1~2 minutes or even a few seconds, complexion change, accompanied by dizziness and sweating.

Rescue mode: At the beginning, first keep quiet. If the pain lasts for 10 minutes, please call an ambulance:

1. Loosen the tie, belt and buttons first.

2. Let the patient sit down and wait for the pain to pass.

3. Keep the indoor air circulating and the temperature appropriate, so as to appease the patients and make them mentally stable.

In case of recurrence, you can take the standing medicine:

1. Put the nitroglycerin medicine given by the doctor under your tongue. Don't swallow it. It takes about 1~2 minutes to take effect.

2. If the drug treatment is ineffective, you should suspect the possibility of myocardial infarction and call an ambulance to the hospital immediately.

It is very important for patients with angina pectoris to carry antispasmodic drugs with them.

Symptoms of myocardial infarction: sudden and persistent pain behind sternum or precordial area, cardiac arrest or arrhythmia, vomiting, shock, etc.

Rescue mode: 1. Call an ambulance while paying close attention to life symptoms.

2. Loosen the clothes, and keep the patient in a semi-seated position or the most comfortable position of the patient, and keep absolutely quiet.

3. Let the patient contain nitroglycerin first (if it is angina pectoris, it can be relieved within 5 minutes).

Severe pain persists, radiating to the left wrist, left shoulder and back, left back, sore throat, or left toothache, pale face and disorderly pulse, which is very dangerous. You can choose one of the following postures (whichever is most comfortable for the patient) and wait for the ambulance to arrive.

1. When there is a table, let the patient lie on the table with his hands as pillows under his head.

2. Fold the quilt high, let the patient lean back and let his head rest on the quilt.

3. Pad the pillow, let the patient lie on his back, and raise his heel moderately.

3 Cardiac Arrest It is very important to perform effective chest compressions immediately after cardiac arrest is confirmed. Because effective chest compression can ensure the effective circulation of important organs and restore the circulation function of heart pumping blood as soon as possible.

Rescue mode: cardiopulmonary resuscitation 1. Patient position The patient lies on his back on a hard bed or on the ground, and his head and heart are at the same level to ensure cerebral blood flow. If possible, the lower limbs should be raised to increase blood volume.

2. The rescuer's position is close to the patient's chest. In order to ensure that the pressure acts vertically on the patient's sternum, the operator should stand on the ground or footstool, or take a kneeling position according to the specific situation of the rescue site.

3. The pressing position is below the sternum 1/3. The position is determined by the following methods: the operator approaches the patient's foot with the index finger and middle finger of one hand, determines the lower edge of the proximal rib, and then moves up to the infrasternal notch along the lower edge of the rib arch, and places the middle finger next to the sternal notch (excluding xiphoid process) and the index finger next to the middle finger. Place the palmar root of the other hand (the long axis coincides with the long axis of the patient's sternum) on the sternum next to the index finger of the previous hand. Then put your front hand on the back of your hand, with your hands parallel and overlapping, your fingers together, apart or holding each other, but don't touch the chest wall.

4. Pressing method

Adult surgeons straighten their elbows, use the strength of their bodies and upper arms to press in the direction of the spine, with moderate strength, so that the chest sinks by 3.5~ 125px, and then immediately relax, relieve the pressure, let the chest reset itself, relax the heart, and so on. The time of pressing and relaxing is roughly equal. When relaxing, the palm root should not leave the pressing part to prevent the position from moving, but it should be relaxed enough to facilitate blood return. The pressing frequency is 80~ 100 times/minute.

Let the child lie on his back on the diagnosis and treatment table with his feet slightly raised to increase the blood flow back to the heart. The rescuer puts the root of one palm on the middle and lower part of the sternum of the child, and exerts a vertical force in the direction of the spine to make the chest sink; If it is a baby, hold the baby's back with one hand and press it with food and middle finger with the other hand. Pressing frequency: 80 times/minute for older children and 0/00 times/minute for infants.

If you don't know any first aid methods, please call 120 immediately so that professional doctors can arrive in time.
