Xu Zhihua, male, Han nationality, born in September, 1957, party member, CPC, holds an in-service university degree from the Central Party School. He served as platoon leader, deputy company commander and company commander instructor in the army and participated in the self-defense counterattack against Vietnam. Later, he served as the head of the League Organization Unit and the head of the Cadre Unit. After changing jobs, he served as deputy director and chief clerk of the Organization Department of Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and deputy director of the General Department of Cadres of the Organization Department of Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.
