Tang Xuejian, as the representative of "Big Dipper Guan Peisheng", shared his experiences with Tsinghua students at the Tsinghua special session of "Big Dipper Guan Peisheng" 2023 school recruitment presentation.

He shared in detail the reasons why he chose education and stayed in the high road, as well as the personal experience of Guan Peisheng of Big Dipper, and answered the current job-hunting concerns for recent graduates, providing a reference for the employment choices of younger brothers and sisters.
