Point 4: What can you bring to the company in the face of new fields? Why did the company hire you? What is your career plan? These problems must be carefully considered. Obviously, even if you don't have any experience in this field, you will leave a deep impression on the interviewer and have a good chance of being hired! Fifth, show that you are looking forward to joining the company and working with them, and apply sincerely and modestly. I remember that during the previous interview, the vice president gave us a short training, many of which I don't remember. I only remember what the vice president said. The interviewer first looks at the age of the job seeker, and the second looks at the work experience. Age represents experience, and work experience represents ability.
