1985 was admitted to Nanjing University for a master's degree, but gave up the opportunity to study for a master's degree. He taught at Anhui University and China University of Science and Technology successively.

1988 During his teaching, he was promoted to associate researcher at the age of 23 due to his outstanding performance, and later went to the United States to study for a doctorate, but he did not get a degree in the end.

From 65438 to 0997, he became the director of Desheng (Suzhou) Building, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Federal Desheng Company in Suzhou Industrial Park, China, and established a famous Desheng management system.

In 2004, he became the chairman of Changjiang Civilian Education Foundation.

In 2007, he became the Executive Dean of Suzhou Research Institute of Sichuan University.
