Liu Hongxin, the owner of Pen Art Hall, was born on 1970, a native of Xiangcheng, Henan Province, a member of Henan Calligraphy Association, a director of Xinxiang CPPCC Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and a member of China Bangshu Association.

Calligraphy works are published in professional newspapers such as Calligraphy Newspaper, Calligraphy Guide, Youth Daily and China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper.
