1987 was admitted to Northeast Institute of Technology (now Northeastern University), majoring in ideological and political education. He stayed in school to teach 199 1 year, 1 year, and engaged in social education in Liuerbao Town, Liaozhong County from August to February.

1992 received a master's degree from Professor Chen Changshu, 1995 received a master's degree in philosophy of science and technology, and in 2000, he received a doctor's degree in philosophy of science and technology from Professor Lou Chengwu, and in 2003.

From 65438 to 0998, he served as vice president of the Law School, executive vice president of the Law School in 2002, dean of the Law School, director of the Department of Political Science and deputy director of the Research Center for Politics and Public Administration in 2003.
