What should I write in my resume notes?

Time flies, waiting for us will be new job opportunities and challenges. Let's write resumes together and cheer for finding a job. Do you know how to write a resume? The following is what I wrote in my resume notes for reference only. Let's have a look.

What is a resume?

A resume, literally, is a simple statement of one's own experience, which can give a highly general introduction to a person or a thing, and introduce one's own experience (including study and work) and advantages. English is usually expressed by the word resume. If you write too much, it may become reportage or personal biography.

2. What should I write on my resume?

For college students who have just graduated, they usually need:

(1) State your personal information. Such as name, native place, height, weight, education, English level (such as CET-4 and CET-6 transcripts), date of birth, etc. Of course, if you are abroad, some personal information is not needed by the employer, because it is personal privacy. In China, you can write or not, and usually it will help employers to know more about you after writing.

(2) self-evaluation. After studying and living in the university for several years, there should be a qualitative leap, such as changes in knowledge, treatment of people, professional interests, outlook on life and society. Remember that this part is a high summary of personal ability, and it is not suitable for long sentences. It mainly focuses on (1) personal outstanding ability (2) academic performance at school (3) interest in career development.

(3) Cultural and educational background. Refers to your secondary school, university education time, school name and major, such as writing a letter of recommendation is better.

(4) Work experience. There is no need to write a separate column for this, because it is not suitable for fresh graduates. If you really have internship experience, write it down in the column of training in the university.

(5) receive training at school. In order to enter the society, I believe you must have done a lot of work, and you may receive different kinds of training, such as electrician, driver, welder and other skills qualification certificates. If you have these, you can write them down and explain them briefly. Don't exaggerate.

(6) Post a recent bareheaded color photo 1 inch or 2 inches in the upper right corner of your resume. Let employers know you directly. Without any modification, just as the communication between people produces an efficient communication effect with honesty as the core, you will get unexpected results.

(7) It is generally best to print a resume on a piece of A4 paper, and the title part can be blacked out and bold. In the process of actually receiving college students' resumes, it is found that some students have blacked out all their resumes, but there is no focus. It can be inferred from the resume itself that students who do this kind of resume may not be able to handle the priorities well.

(8) There are usually some attached pages in the resume, such as students' school transcripts (which need to be printed in red by the school) and school recommendation forms. I suggest you write the name and office phone number of the head teacher in the proof column.

(9) About the award-winning awards. You need to write truthfully, and it must be a prize you really won. Through the awards won at school, the employer can infer which aspect of your ability is outstanding or how team consciousness is. Just write down the main awards, you don't have to list them all. Don't write without winning any prizes. Employers understand that you won't be turned away because you didn't win the prize.

(10) The original transcripts of students issued by the school should be properly kept. You can use a copy when submitting your resume, but remember that the human resources department of the employer will ask you to show the original transcript during the formal interview. It's like looking for a new job a few years after graduation, and the employer will ask you to show the original diploma and degree certificate (if any). As you are a fresh graduate, you can't get a diploma or degree certificate before you officially graduate within six months. At this time, the transcripts issued by the school will become more and more important, and there must be no carelessness.

A qualified resume should include the above ten aspects, and pay attention to font number, paragraph spacing and line spacing when typesetting by computer. Generally, the four-character song is enough, and other fonts are generally not recommended. Only simplicity can be true, and only ordinary can be great.

Other suggestions:

1. Resumes should be consistent. Don't prepare several versions. In this way, you will get hurt in the end, because honesty is the most important point in the interview process of college students. Imagine who would like to draw on a piece of dyed white paper.

Don't worry when you submit your resume. You should first have a simple understanding of the employer, which also reflects the importance of your job search. Don't sign an agreement with the employer to regret the appointment. At this time, you are very passive. In the whole job search process, reason is an unchanging line that runs through your job search process.

3. General schools have job-hunting guidance, so we must pay attention to it. We don't have to copy it completely, but we need to absorb it dialectically. As long as it is a useful knowledge point, take notes, even if it is a word, you don't know it when you use it, and you will feel less annoying when you use it. Therefore, knowledge is accumulated bit by bit and cannot be achieved overnight. One step is the premise of Wan Li Road.
