Xie Liguo, male, was born in April 1968. He is from Yongchuan District, Chongqing. From1September 1988 to1July 1992, he studied chemistry in Chongqing Normal University and obtained a bachelor's degree. /kloc-0 started to work as a student counselor in chongqing jianzhu university in July, 1992. 1September, 1994, he was promoted to the department-level secretary of chongqing jianzhu university Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning, and concurrently served as the party branch secretary of graduate students.
