Lin, male, Han nationality, born in February, 1968, from Lianjiang, Guangdong. Party member, CPC party member, in-service graduate student. In February 2003, he served as secretary of Zhanjiang Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League. After February 2007, he served as deputy secretary of Xuwen County Committee of the Communist Party of China, deputy magistrate, acting county magistrate and county magistrate of the county people's government. He is currently the Party Secretary and Director of Zhanjiang Finance Bureau.
