Wang Shirong, male, a second-class professor in party member, northwest university of politics and law, holds a doctorate in law, concurrently serves as a doctoral supervisor of Jilin University, and is the supervisor of the master students majoring in legal history in northwest university of politics and law and the leader of the supervisor group.
