As long as the case is concluded, the court decision shall be borne by the defendant, and all the legal fees paid in advance by the plaintiff shall be refunded.

After the judgment of Article 207 of the Interpretation of the Supreme Court on the Application of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) comes into effect, the people's court shall refund the litigation costs that the winning party paid in advance but should not bear, and the losing party shall pay to the people's court, except that the winning party voluntarily bears or agrees to pay directly by the losing party.
