I am a girl full of self-confidence and high sense of responsibility. After 1 years of clinical work, I strongly realize the importance of love, patience and high sense of responsibility to nursing work! After a year of hematology training, I learned a lot about hematology and general internal medicine. Clinical nursing and first aid have further honed my will and greatly improved my operational ability and level. I am confident that this year's work has made me jump from nursing intern to internal medicine nurse, and I am confident to accept the job of full-time nurse. Of course, it is impossible to fully meet the requirements of professional nurses in one year. I will work harder in the future and do my duty for nursing!
