The feedback function is free for job seekers. After the job seeker activates this function, HR must feed back the contact information of the job seeker.
Job seekers can choose to open feedback service when submitting resumes. If you choose, it means that HR can only check the contact information of job seekers after giving feedback.
After the enterprise clicks the "I want to contact TA" button, the system will automatically inform the job seeker that the enterprise has obtained the contact information of TA and may be interested in TA through WeChat, APP system message and PC terminal letter.
After receiving the resume submitted by the feedback user, the enterprise can immediately get the contact information of the job seeker by clicking "I want to contact TA" or "temporarily unsuitable" on the resume details page for feedback. At the same time, you can also send an interview invitation to job seekers online by clicking the "I want to contact TA" button.
After the enterprise clicks the "temporarily inappropriate" button, the system will also automatically inform the job seeker that TA does not match the position through WeChat, APP system messages, PC internal letters and other means.
