Liu Chenglu, whose real name is Liu Enmin, 1940, was born in Jining, Shandong Province, and was given the name "Lu Cheng" by Zhu Fukan (following Zhu Lao's pen name "Hulu"). He used to be an editor and researcher of Jining Daily in Shandong Province. He is now a member of China Calligraphers Association and vice chairman of Jining Calligraphers Association. 1965 graduated from Nanjing university. He used to be the head of NTU Fine Arts Society, the engineer of Institute of Oceanography of the Ministry of Geology, the engineer of Jining Arts and Crafts Factory, and the president of Jining Jinshi Calligraphy and Painting Association.
