According to the Measures for the Administration of Scientific Research Assistants in Colleges and Universities (Provisional), the following provisions are formulated:

1. Article 2 Scientific research assistants in colleges and universities refer to those who are engaged in project research, experimental (engineering) technology and scientific research assistants according to the needs of undertaking scientific research tasks and the long-term development of science and technology in schools, and are an important part of the full-time scientific research team in schools.

2. Article 4 Institutions of higher learning may independently set up auxiliary posts for scientific research according to the needs of scientific research tasks undertaken, including project research, experimental (engineering) technology and auxiliary posts for scientific research.

① Project researchers are mainly engaged in scientific research projects;

(2) Experimental (engineering) technicians are mainly engaged in scientific and engineering experiments, analysis and testing, and equipment operation. ;

(3) Research assistants are mainly engaged in scientific research administration and business secretarial work.

1. The popularity of research assistants in China plays an important role in bringing scientific research units such as universities into line with international standards and generating new vitality. However, some project leaders do not have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the policy, and there are some concerns about the continuity of the policy, the way out for graduates after the expiration, and the working ability of graduates.

2. Most research assistant positions have higher requirements for the graduate institutions and academic qualifications of the candidates, and most of them meet the requirements for master's and doctoral graduates of subordinate universities. However, the employment rate of these people is already very high, and influenced by the traditional employment concept, the recognition of research assistant positions is not enough.

3.
