/kloc-0 was born in April, 1953./kloc-0 joined the army in February, 1970. He was born in Daiwan, Dougou Town, Zhengyang County, Henan Province. He has served as the chief of staff of the operational service department of the Armed Police Force,1chief of staff of Beijing No.1 Corps in February 1995,1chief of staff of Beijing No.1 Corps in April 1997,1deputy head of Beijing No.1 Corps in April 1998,1director of the operational service department of the Armed Police Force Command in June 1999, and head of Jilin Armed Police Corps in July 2002. In June 2009, he served as deputy commander of the Armed Police Force.

In July 2003, he was promoted to the rank of Major General of Armed Police. 2011July was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general of the armed police.
