Born in Song Dynasty, 1963, he served as the stationmaster of China Aerospace Station 5 13 for many years, participated in many major space launch missions in China, and made important contributions to the in-depth implementation of China's manned spaceflight project. Because of his outstanding work performance, Song was transferred to Beijing in 2007 and served as the vice president of China Academy of Space Technology. In May 2009, he also served as the president of China Dongfanghong Satellite Co., Ltd., and in July 20 12, Song was appointed as the party secretary and deputy general manager of China Film Group Corporation, and later served as the chairman of the film industry of the listed company.
