If the submitted resume is deleted in the user center, the enterprise cannot view it normally.

1. The confirmed resume cannot be modified or deleted.

2. The published resume cannot be withdrawn from this position.

3. Forgotten registered email address or password can be retrieved through email address or ID number on the Forgotten Password page.

4. The application for account cancellation is limited to unregistered cases, and the application email for modifying the confirmed resume information and deleting the submitted resume will not be processed and replied.

5. There are clear hints before you confirm and submit your resume. Please check the relevant information carefully to avoid personal negligence affecting the application.

6. When filling in your resume, if you are prompted that you have registered your ID number, it is mostly because you forgot your email account when you registered.
