Chi Xingbei, male, Han nationality, born in September, 1957, China * * * party member, in-service postgraduate degree, the rank of Major General of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and a representative of the Beijing Municipal People's Congress.

He used to be the director and political commissar of the Political Department of Nanjing Army Command College, and the political commissar of the 20 12 General Armament Department.

He is currently the political commissar of the Army Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
