Shen dingcheng lost contact
Shen Dingcheng failed to spend the New Year at home.

201April 18, an insider who asked not to be named said: "After Li accepted the organizational review, Shen Dingcheng, who is closely related to Li, has never been controlled by the relevant departments, but just when we all thought he had passed the test, he was still investigated by the relevant departments on the eve of the Spring Festival." Relevant sources also revealed that Shen Dingcheng was also investigated with his wife Luo and has now returned to China.

In the list of leaders of CNPC International Website, Shen Dingcheng is still the Party Secretary and Vice President. As of press time, PetroChina International and United Petroleum have not responded to the reporter's interview and verification requirements.

After investigating and sorting out relevant public information, the reporter found that at least ten cadres at or above the departmental level were investigated or lost contact with PetroChina.

On March 20th, 20 12, 50-year-old Tao Yuchun was under the control of the No.1 room of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and local personnel. Tao Yuchun was then the general manager and secretary of the Party Committee of PetroChina Kunlun Utilization Co., Ltd. At present, the relevant departments of Tao Yuchun's case have not been officially disclosed, and the issues involved may still be under investigation (for details, please refer to 20 13 "China Business News" and "PetroChina Fraud Vortex" on September 9).

On August 26th, 20 13, the website of the Ministry of Supervision announced that Wang Yongchun, alternate member of the Central Committee and deputy general manager of China Petroleum, was under investigation by the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC Central Committee on suspicion of serious violation of discipline. 20 13 On August 27th, the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission announced that Li, deputy general manager of China Petroleum, Ran Xinquan, vice president of China Petroleum and general manager of Changqing Oilfield Branch, and chief geologist of China Petroleum and president of Exploration and Development Research Institute were investigated for serious violations of discipline. Among them, Li and Tao Yuchun have been partners for many years. During Li's tenure as full-time secretary of a deputy general manager of PetroChina, the leader successively served as Party Secretary and Director of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau and Secretary of Dongying Municipal Committee of Shandong Province (1989 ~ 1990). At that time, Tao Yuchun, who was born in Rizhao, Shandong Province, also worked in Shengli Oilfield. According to the reporter's investigation, Tao Yuchun was a student majoring in oil production engineering in Shandong Shengli Petroleum School (later renamed Shandong Shengli Vocational College) and entered Shengli Oilfield after graduation. In addition to the origin of Shengli, the closer working relationship between Li and Tao Yuchun began around 2000, when Li was transferred from overseas to deputy general manager of CNPC and later promoted to chairman of Shenzhen Industrial Company. During Li's tenure as chairman, Tao Yuchun served as manager and general manager successively. After Li became the vice president of China Oil and Gas Co., Ltd., he succeeded Li as the chairman and party secretary.

After Wang Yongchun, Li and Ran Xinquan were intensively controlled, Jiang Jiemin, the former general manager of PetroChina, who had been in charge of SASAC, was also controlled and investigated by relevant departments. Jiang Jiemin is regarded as an important figure representing Shengli Department in PetroChina, and he has a close working relationship with a leader who once served as the director of Shengli Oilfield Administration (for details, please refer to 20 13 "China Business News" on September 2 nd, "The Anti-corruption Storm in PetroChina is Unfinished").

At that time, China Business News also contacted Wu Mei, the general manager of PetroChina's planning and design, and Wang Wencang, the general manager of Huayou Group, which is said to have a close working relationship with Jiang Jiemin, but could not be contacted in many ways (for details, please refer to "The Vortex of PetroChina's Fraud Case" on September 9, China Business News 20 13). By 20 13 and 12, Wen Qingshan, chief accountant of PetroChina, was also controlled by relevant departments.
