1. Bring household registration book, ID card, real estate license, marriage certificate, household registration certificate and other relevant documents. Take the purchase of a house as an example, go to the real estate trading center to register the property rights of the house and get the application form.

2. Bring the application form to the family planning department for examination and registration.

3. Apply to the household registration office of the police station.

4. If you buy a house, you need to bring the application form, applicant's ID card, household registration book, ID card, marriage certificate, real estate license, purchase contract, social security payment certificate and other materials.

5. If it is a talent introduction, you need to bring application forms, resumes, ID cards, labor contracts, provident fund certificates, certificates of highest academic qualifications and other materials.

6. The applicant brings the above materials to the local police station to apply. For eligible applicants, the police station will make a decision of approval or disapproval within 15 working days (except holidays and legal holidays) from the date of accepting the application materials.

7. After the formalities are completed, the applicant will go to the police station to receive the Permit to Move in with the receipt of the Permit to Move in, and go to the household registration department for the registered permanent residence Migration Certificate (within 0/5 days of moving out/kloc) with the Permit to Move in.

8. The applicant shall register with the local police station in registered permanent residence with his ID card, certificate of permission to move in and certificate of household registration.
