In April 2007, he joined Zoomlion Financial Leasing Company as a senior manager and marketing manager, responsible for marketing work and assisting the general manager in strengthening human resources and information systems.

As the marketing manager, Ni leads the marketing department to promote the financial leasing market. Through media publicity, business training, exhibition activities, business consulting and other ways, he publicized and promoted financial leasing to the management of the mainframe business unit and the sales salesmen in the district, so that the internal customer mainframe business unit gradually understood and accepted financial leasing, opened up the sources of financial leasing business and laid a good foundation for the development of financial leasing business. Zoomlion Financial Leasing Company has grown from more than 10 in early 2007 to more than 1000 at the end of 2007.
