Ask what your job is first. Then ask them about their food and accommodation, what to do after work, and understand their daily expenses, and then you can estimate the approximate range of wages. Some will also talk about the company's situation and development.
Or walk around the company before the interview to see who is around, such as small shops and security guards, hoping to learn something, so that the interview will be fruitful.
