All kinds of projects of the National Natural Science Foundation Application (hereinafter referred to as the application) should be written online. The applicant shall submit an electronic application online and upload all relevant certification letters, letters of recommendation and other materials that need special explanation by electronic scanning. The supporting unit only needs to confirm the electronic application form and attachment materials online, without submitting paper application materials; After the project is approved, the paper signature and seal page of the application should be bound at the end of the funded project plan and submitted together. The information signed and sealed shall be consistent with the electronic application.

Resume information of major participants is collected online in the same way as applicants. Applicants should invite the main participants to fill in their resumes online through the information system and upload the PDF version of their resumes automatically generated by the information system. If the resumes of the main participants are not uploaded as required, the project application will not be submitted. The applicant and the main participants shall apply for the project with unique identification documents. If you have used other identification documents as applicants or participants to obtain project funding, you should explain it in the application. The applicant shall ensure that the e-mail provided is smooth and effective, so that the applicant can receive the notice of approval or disapproval of the applied project and the relevant information of expert review opinions in time after the project review, otherwise the legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant.
