Deng Xin 'an (formerly known as Deng Xin 'an). Professor of China Agricultural University, Executive Director of Bio-economic Development Research Center.
Professor Deng Xin 'an opened up a new field of "bio-economy and agricultural development" and created many firsts in agricultural development research based on bio-economy.
At the beginning of 200 1, Ann published a cover article entitled "Who will replace the information economy: knowledge economy or bio-economy" ("Global Science and Technology Economy _ Hope", Deng Xin Anhe Yan Jisheng,No. 1, 200 1), which sounded the first horn of bio-economic development research.
June, 200 1 year, returned to China after studying in the United States. After continuing to engage in science and technology planning, he immediately thought about the bio-economic era and its influence on future agriculture, and published his landmark paper Bio-economic Era and New Agricultural System in early 2002 (China Science and Technology Forum, No.2, 2002). This paper formally put forward the definition of bioeconomy for the first time and was widely cited, ranking first 12 among the papers published in this journal for more than 20 years.
In 2004, Deng Xin 'an initiated the establishment of the first research platform for bio-economic development in China-Bio-economic Open Research Center, which was later renamed as "Bio-economic Development Research Center". In 2006, in cooperation with Wang Shijie and other young and middle-aged scholars, he published the first domestic monograph on bio-economy research, The Future of Bio-economy and Agriculture (the third edition). By 20 12, Deng Xin' an had made a series of pioneering contributions in the field of bio-economic development research, and became one of the few people who had been engaged in bio-economic development research for more than 0/0 years at home and abroad and published research papers on bio-economic development in core journals every year.
