"Online Communist Youth League" is an Internet project sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and a new model of "Internet plus Communist Youth League". The completed "Smart League Building" has three functions: basic league building management, work league building management and serving the youth. Among them, the basic league affairs management functions include not only the management of the basic database of league organizations, league members and league cadres, but also the management of basic work such as league members' development, tour fee collection, league members' registration, organizational relationship transfer, organizational life development and promotion of joining the party. The work management functions of the Communist Youth League, including mobilization and deployment, information exchange, operation management, assessment and evaluation, have promoted the reform of the operation mechanism of the Communist Youth League.
