"Chicken Hair Letter" is an anti-Japanese war feature film produced by Shanghai Film Studio 1954, directed by Yuanyuan Cai, Anan Cai and Shu Shi. The film mainly tells the story that Hai Wa, the head of the children in Longmen Village, was ordered to send a chicken feather letter to the Eighth Route Army. This film is the first children's film reflecting the struggle of China children against the enemy during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period after the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC).
