This is possible.

Under normal circumstances, you don't look at your resume when you attend an interview with a civil servant.

1. Civil servant interview, according to the rules of the examination room, candidates are absolutely not allowed to disclose any personal information about themselves to the examiner. Once leaked, it will be regarded as cheating;

2. Civil servant interviews, candidates can only bring admission tickets and ID cards into the examination room for interviews, and other things such as resumes can't be brought in;

3. In the civil service interview, candidates only need to answer the interviewer's questions, and don't say irrelevant words (of course, excluding some polite words when greeting the interviewer or leaving the examination room) (data collection)

For a small number of positions, such as those of central ministries and commissions, examiners will check candidates' information and resumes on the spot.
