Li, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1968, and his native place is Mazhang District, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province. He joined the work in July199/00, and joined China in June/995. He is a graduate student.

He is currently the deputy director of the Standing Committee of Zhanjiang Municipal People's Congress in Guangdong Province.
